Cancellation Policy

In accordance with our cancellation policy, booking cancellations submitted at least 15 days prior to the reservation date shall be eligible for a refund equivalent to 50% of the reservation fee. The remaining 50% shall be retained to cover operating costs and the unavailability of the period reserved.

Cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to the reservation date shall not be eligible for any refund.
